Building a Global Image Library for JLL

A global image-direction project created with Getty Images to help JLL move away from generic corporate stock imagery and build a more human, lifestyle-led visual language.

Creative Lead, Motion

Brief

JLL needed an owned image library that reflected its people, culture and workplace environments around the world. The goal was to create imagery that felt natural, diverse and ownable; closer to lifestyle editorial than traditional corporate photography.

Creative role

I led the creative direction on JLL’s side, shaping the visual approach, mood, shot direction and final image selection. The project required maintaining a consistent photographic style across eight locations worldwide while guiding the creative side of the production remotely.

Outcome

The project resulted in a curated global image library with more than 600 photos. The final assets became part of JLL’s owned brand library and gave teams across the business a more human, brand-specific alternative to generic stock imagery.
